I have a lot of fun drawing dogs.  In most cases, I don't work from photos, I visit the dog at their home (their owner lets me in) and draw them just doing what they do.  Sometimes this can be chaotic, but we achieve a very different sort of pet portrait this way.  Perhaps more natural and less static than the usual kind.

Although that is my preferred method, I occasionally do portraits from photos. Sometimes the dog is too far away or or has moved on to happier hunting grounds.  If you would like me to draw your dog, just message me.
