boats and water
I am lucky to have friends in St Ives, Cornwall who let me stay sometimes. Many of my boat or water pictures were done there. These drawings are all done with a brush pen and ink wash. I never use pencil, just start straight in with black ink and hope for the best. Some are drawn in the rain and some are drawn in a panic as the tide comes in. Aplogies, some of these pictures have neither boats or water in them, but they seem at home here anyway.
